“We’re so Comfortable,” concludes Betty Taylor, aka Velvet Vision, in her new song after observing what is going around her (she mentions a curved-billed thrasher, which immediately got my attention). She produced the song with her signature shimmering, upbeat synths, which fill a room like bright sunshine – The The’s 80s hit “This is the Day” comes to mind.

“Comfortable” is the first single off Betty’s debut album “Together,” out on June 30.
